Revelation of the Postal Financial Reform in Taiwan to the Development of Postal Bank in Mainland China

From the postal services(savings, transferring and remittance), the postal life assurance, the agent service, and the exertion of postal funds, this paper introduces the general situation of postal financial operation in Taiwan, and analyzes the measures in the company like reform of postal finance, including setting the company rules, adjusting organizational structure, reforming personnel system and promoting new services. Finally, the paper discusses the revelation of the reform for postal finance in Taiwan to the postal saving bank in mainland China, such as establishing and perfecting the law system of postal saving, enhancing the independent exertion of funds, exploring new services, promoting management reform, and so on.
