摘    要:介绍了采用PIN管制作的微波毫微秒脉冲调制器,具有体积小,重量轻,控制功率小,隔离度高,反应速度快,调制线性好以及稳定可靠等优点,可用几个毫微秒的脉冲进行调制,这是以往的调制器无法实现的,它对提高雷达的距离分辨力和抗干扰能力有着极为重要的意义,可广泛用于雷达和电子对抗等系统中.

Abstract:A new type of microwave nanosecond pulse modulator made with PIN diodesis described.The modulator has the advantages of small dimensions,light weight,lowcontrolled power,high isolation and response speed,satisfactory modulation linearity and relia-bility and can work with modulating pulse of several nanoseconds.Thus,it gives excellentproperties which can't be obtained by ordinary modulators reported previously.Thismodulator play an important role in improving the range resolution and the anti-interferenceability of radar,and it can be widely used in radar and electronic counter measures etc.
