社会分层背景下农民工平等权的保护

保障农民工在弱势分层序位下实现其平等权利,以探索和改进农民工平等权实现的具体步骤,须厘清社会分层与农民工平等权之间的内在关联。分析表明,当前社会的分层基础、分层结构与分层意识造成了农民工平等权的缺失。在此前提下,实现农民工平等权可为实现社会正义、优化社会分层、促进社会发展及维护农民工的人性尊严带来积极意义。基于此,通过对现有分层基础、分层结构与分层意识进行改良,来为农民工平等权的实现创造良好的分层条件,可为实现农民工平等权带来积极的推动作用。

Protection of Migrant Workers' Rights of Equality in the Context of Social Stratification

In order to ensure the realization of vulnerable migrant workers＇ equal rights in hierarchical order as well as to explore and improve its specific steps,the clarification of the internal connection between social stratification and migrant workers＇ rights of equality is required.It was showed by the analysis that the absence of equal rights of migrant workers is caused by the base,structure and awareness of stratification in the current society.In this context,the realization of migrant workers＇ rights of equality has positive significance to the achievement of social justice,the optimization of social stratification,the promotion of social development and the protection of the human dignity of migrant workers.Therefore,to create a good stratification condition through improvement of present hierarchical basis,structure and consciousness plays a positive role in promoting the realization of equal rights of migrant workers.
