| 摘 要： | 本文以作者从事博士后管理工作的实践以及对现行博士后制度的了解和认识 ,分析、阐述了我国博士后制度和我校博士后工作的现状 ,讨论了博士后工作与学科建设的关系 ,我校博士后工作面临的机遇与不足 ,提出了一些建设性的意见和政策性的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on my personal experience in doing the postdoctoral work and understanding of the current postdoctoral system, the paper analyzes and elaborates the present situation of the postdoctoral system in China and the specific work in Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST). It also discusses the relationship between the postdoctoral work and the disciplinary construction, the opportunities and challenges of the work in KUST and proposes some constructive opinions and suggestions for policy considerations. |
