钒钛湿度传感器的綫性化及溫度补偿

摘    要:本文根据钒-钛陶瓷湿度传感器的湿度-阻抗特性,运用最小二乘法对其湿-阻特性进行了理论拟合,从而得到了湿-阻特性的解析式。并根据电路理论,提出了钒-钛陶瓷湿度传感器的线性化及其温度补偿方法。

Abstract:The paper makes regression analysis for the relationship between impedance and humidity of V_2O_5-TiO_2 ceramic humidity sensor by the method of least squares aud the experlmental data. The formula of impedance-humidity relations hip is attained. According to circuit theory the linearization and temperature compensation methods are given for the humidity sensor.
