| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育组织客观上存在信息失真、权力间隔、路径依赖、人性束缚等科层困境,形成了机构臃肿、效率低下、个性被扼杀的局面。消解思想政治教育科层组织的困境需要从内部控制、外部控制两方面入手加以解决。

| Abstract: | Thought and political educational organization has presented objectively the puzzles as lacking fidelity of information,isolation of power,dependence of paths,fettering of personality,which have led to overstaffed organs low efficiency and strangled personality.The resolution to the puzzles lie in both internal and external controls of sections. |
