| 摘 要： | "七·七事变"后,日伪改变了对华北移民的限制政策,开始大批招骗华北青壮年到东北做工。对华北劳动力展开了疯狂地掠夺。与"七·七事变"前相比,这种掠夺具有了新的特点。
