从二战废墟中走出来的日本,经过短短30年的建设就跻身于世界经济大国之列,除了日本紧紧抓住了有利于自身发展的历史机遇外,特色鲜明的企业文化对其经济的发展发挥了至关重要的作用。日本企业文化是中国儒家思想与西方现代管理理论结合的典范。本文论述了儒家思想在日本企业中的具体表现,进而指出它对中国企业发展的启示。

The Confucianism-upholding Thought in Japan's Eterprise Culture and Its Inspiration to China

Japan went out from the ruins of World War Ⅱ,and within the short 30 years' period it had ranked among the biggest world economic countries.Except that Japan had duely grasped the historical opportunity which is favorable to its self-development,the enterprise culture with obvious speciality had played a very important role.Japan's enterprise culture is the typical combination between China's confucianism and Western mondern manayement theory.This article expounds the concrete representations of confucianist theory in Japan's enterprise culture.Furthermore,the article points out the inspiration of Japan's enterprise culture to the development of Chinese enterprise.
