| Abstract: | Scientific development view is the theoretical creative thought put forth by the leading collection of the new Central Committee of CPC with as the core Secretary General HU Jin-tao and is the guideline for us to construct fully a well-to-do society and realize the socialist modernization.It is the enrichment and development of Marx-Leninism,Maoism,DENG Xiao-ping's Theory and thoughts of "Three Representations".It has revealed the universal laws of the development of the today's world,possessing significance in world outlook and methodology. |
