论现代教育对经济发展的作用

从人类发展的历史来看,教育对经济的作用有一个从间接走向直接的过程。现代教育对经济的作用突出地表现在：教育促进人力资本的优化、提高劳动生产率,教育综合效益间接促进经济的发展。中国要实现“科教兴国”战略,政府必须转变观念,改革投入体制,加快教育体制改革,加强教育管理并使教育与市场经济接轨。

The Education's Effect on the Economy Development

Starting from the education research of different times of agriculture, industry and knowledge, the author focuses on the effect of modern education upon economy. It accelerates the human resource optimization and improves the labor productivity, which advances the economy indi- rectly. The paper also proposes that, in order to fulfill the strategy of "Science and Education Reju- venating China" , the Chinese government must change the traditional ideas, transform the input sys- tem, accelerate the educational reform and education management must go along with the market e- conomy.
