| 摘 要： | 对中央提出的公平正义观从历史和现实、理论和实践的层面进行分析。指出公平正义是社会主义的本质要求,是促进社会和谐的前提,是小康社会的根本特征,是科学发展观的核心价值。促进和实现社会公平正义。是坚持以人为本、促进社会和谐的内在要求。

| Abstract: | The analyses were made focusing on the viewpoint of justice announced by the Central Government with respects of its history, reality, theory and practice. It points out that justice is the preliminary requirement of socialism and the prerequisite to promote social harmony, as well as the basic character of well-off society and the core value of scientific development. To promote and carry out social justice is the internal requirement of people-oriented concept and promoting social harmony. |
