| 摘 要： | 欧盟环境法的产生、形成和发展处于一个特定的时代,这个时代具有全球性环境问题突出、欧洲一体化进程加快、可持续发展观形成等特点.回顾欧盟环境法的发展历程,了解它的现状与最新发展,评测其今后的发展趋势,有利于我们学习、借鉴欧盟环境政策和法律的先进制度、工具等经验,有利于开展与欧盟的环境外交,并有利于处理中国与欧盟及欧盟国家的环境贸易关系.

| Abstract: | The shaping and development of EU environmental laws are rooted in an age in which global environmental problems are looming large,EU integration process is going faster and the concept of sustainable development comes into being.Looking back on the history of EU environmental laws and predicting their future trends enable us to borrow from the advanced legal system,to establish environmental diplomacy with EU,and to better handle Sino-EU environmental trade relations. |
