| Abstract: | Fairness and justice embody the essence and core value of socialist harmonious society. They are foundation stone of the harmonious society and take the unique position in the establishment of the socialist harmonious society. The implementation of the principle of fairness and justice is an important realistic matter we face at present as well as the important guarantee of building the harmonious society in the preliminary stage. |
