| 摘 要： | 人的和谐是社会和谐的标志，具备“和谐人格”的人是构建“和谐社会”的最重要的微观基础。培养大学生和谐人格，既是我国高等教育发展的基本目标，也是我国现代化建设与构建和谐社会的需要。依据马克思主义关于完美人格的标准，笔者认为，大学生和谐人格结构应包含和谐心理人格、和谐道德人格与和谐法律人格三个层面。
