| 摘 要： | 以城市化、人权保障、和谐社会三者内在的关联为理论基础,通过分析中国城市化进程中存在的现实难题,从宪政制度的建构、违宪的监督和审查、宪政的社会监督等方面提出了具体的制度层面的建构,以期在推进城市化进程中逐步实现和谐社会的宏伟计划。

| Abstract: | Based on the intertior relevance of urbanization,human rights preotection and harmonious society,this article analyzes the problems existing in the course of China's urbanization.Following that,specific proposals for promoting the development of urbanization is presented in terms of construction of consititutional institution,surveillance and investigation of unconstitutionals,and social inspection of consititutional institution. |
