摘    要:传统教育学范式下的启发式教学严格为既定的教育目的服务,缺乏应有的主体品质,因而具有工具意义;对话教学中,师生以交往主体的姿态在教育活动与生活世界的紧密相连中进行自由、民主、平等对话。相对于启发式教学,对话教学有更多的主体品质。启发式教学的运行机制是师生问答,对话式教学的运行机制是相遇。当前,我们须致力于启发式教学与对话式教学的优势互补。

Abstract:The inspirational teaching in the traditional sense of education rigidly serves the fixed educational purposes,and loses its subjective quality and becomes a tool.In the dialogue teaching,teachers and students enjoy free,democratic and equal dialogues as subjects in the closely connected educational activities and living world.Compared with the inspirational teaching,the dialogue teaching enjoys more subjective qualities,since the inspirational teaching operates in questions and answers between students and teachers while dialogue teaching runs in encounters.Currently,we should be aimed at the supplementary coexistence of inspirational teaching and dialogue teaching.
