| 摘 要： | 国有企业实行股份制改造,应建立完善的组织机构及管理体系。以煤炭行业某上市公司的组织结构设置为实例,对国有控股公司现行组织结构设计中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了构建具有竞争力的国有控股公司组织结构的模型。
