发展我国责任保险的对策

我国的责任保险起步于20世纪80年代,二十多年来,经历了从无到有的发展过程,取得了一定的成果。但由于法律制度有待进一步完善以及有效需求和有效供给不足,导致责任保险的发展相对滞后。当前加快责任保险发展,就必须优化责任保险的发展环境,提高保险公司经营的水平,并在开发责任险产品时强化风险控制。

A Study on Strategies for the Development of Liability Insurance

Liability Insurance has really made handsome achievements ever since it came into existence in China in the 1980's. The past twenty years have witnessed the whole process of how it was launched and developed. The development of liability insurance, which is now lagging behind owing to the deficiency of legal systems and the inadequacy of effective supply and demand, relies mainly on the optimization of its external environment, better management performance of insurance companies, more liability insurance products and efficient measures to be taken over risk control.
