网络供应链竞争下的风险控制

竞争环境的改变使得企业之间的竞争渐变为供应链之间的竞争。为了使供应链合作企业能够获得满意结果,企业必须能够认识到供应链运行中的风险来源,采取具体措施规避风险。供应链中的风险可分为关系风险和绩效风险两种:关系风险指因合作带来的风险;绩效风险指合作顺利而整体目标不能实现的可能性。增强合作企业间的信息交流、消除冗余环节,简化供应链、建立合理的利益分配机制和供应链柔性化是有效的风险控制措施。

Risk Control in Supply Chain Versus Supply Chain

Supply chain versus supply chain is becoming the domain competition format instead of single enterprise as the result of changing environment. The enterprise must understand where the risk comes from and how to avoid it when the supply chain is running. So each cooperating enterprise can benefit. The risk faced by the supply chain is categorized into performance risk and relational risk from an inter-organization perspective. Relational risk refers to cooperation among supply chain nodes, while performance risk refers to the danger without achieving the performance objectives of supply chain, given cooperation. Strengthening the information sharing among cooperation enterprises, simplifying the supply chain, establishing reasonable benefit assigning mechanism and making the supply chain flexible are effective means.
