国有商业银行股份制改造困境与对策探讨

随着中国加入WTO,我国四大国有商业银行面临国内外竞争形势的严峻挑战,金融业为了增强其抵御风险的能力和竞争实力,保障国民经济稳定和持续发展,就必须对国有商业银行进行股份制改造。目前国有商业银行在股份制改造过程中存在困境,有针对性地提出五条运行机制作为相应对策。国有商业银行才能逐渐改造成为真正意义上的多元产权主体的现代公司型商业银行。

Plights and Countermeasures: On Shareholding Reconstructing for Sate-owned Commercial Banks

With China's access to the WTO,the four state-owned commercial banks in China are facing the severe challenges of the internationally competitive situation.For strengthening their ability of risk-proofing and competitiveness,and keeping a sustained and stable development of GDP,the big four state-owned commercial banks must take a shareholding reformation.This paper suggests the plights in the process of reformation,and five countermeasures are proposed.It aims to gradually reform the commercial banks from state-owned ones to modernized company-based commercial banks with multiple property rights.
