历史方位的把握与理论创新的不断推进

清醒认识和准确把握历史方位,是实现理论创新的必要前提,已为我党80多年的历史发展所证明。而要准确把握历史方位,最根本一点就是必须坚持与时俱进。一方面,历史方位变动不居的特性,客观上要求在把握历史方位上必须做到与时俱进。另一方面,与时俱进的本性决定了它在把握历史方位中的关键作用。“三个代表”重要思想的形成以及在“十六大”上确立为党的指导思想,是党的历史方位变化发展的必然要求,是党对自身历史方位的把握走向成熟的重要标志,是党围绕历史方位进行理论思考所取得的最新成果;而历史方位的新变化也必将丰富与发展“三个代表”思想。
