| 摘 要： | 中日两国几乎同一时期制定陪审员制度,但在陪审员制度适用范围、陪审员资格、陪审员选任、陪审员权限等方面存在较大差异。本文通过中日陪审员制度以及该制度实践的比较,分析归纳日本陪审员制度的有益经验,以期为我国陪审员制度的完善提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | China and Japan established the jury system nearly at the same period,but there are some big differences in the application scope of jury system,the qualification of juror,empanelling juror,and obligation of juror.Analyzing and comparing the Japanese jury system and its practice,Chinese judicial departments could draw and obtain some beneficial experience to improve our jury system. |
