| 摘 要： | 个人住房消费贷款是商业银行非常重要的一项零售业务 ,它在促进房地产业的发展 ,拉动内需 ,发展经济中有着十分重要的意义和作用。因此 ,努力消除外部环境中的不利因素 ,解决好内部发展中存在的问题 ,积极探索适应市场需求的个人住房消费信贷发展之路 ,是商业银行面临的一个重要问题

| Abstract: | As a vital retail business of the commercial bank,the consumption loan of individual housing is of important significance and function in promoting the development of real estate.So,the commercial bank should strive to eliminate the unfavourable factors of the external circumstances,solve the extant problems well,and explore actively the road to development of the individual housing's consumption credit which conform to market demands. |
