北京建设国际商贸中心城市的分析比较

国际商贸中心城市是城市交易功能广域化、国际化的集中体现,国际商贸中心城市的形成与国家经济发展及城市的区域竞争力密不可分。我国近年经济发展迅速,国家与城市影响力不断提升,以北京为代表的大型城市具备了发展为国际商贸中心城市的条件。通过对北京经济与商贸发展在国内及国际上的纵向与横向比较分析可知,北京经济快速发展,产业结构不断优化,商贸服务功能不断完善,同时北京的经济总量、商业资源供给、地区影响力方面在国内具有优势;在国际城市比较中,北京既有一定的后发优势,也存在诸多不足,包括经济总量与人均量、商业特色、服务业水平等方面。基于比较分析,北京向国际商贸中心城市迈进过程中,应以经济发展为基础,不断完善商贸服务体系结构,提升档次,强化特色,优化政策,从而实现同世界的接轨。

Comparative Analyses on Beijing in Turning into International Commercial Center City

International commercial center city represents the city trading function in wide area and internationalization.The emergency of international commercial center city is closely connected with the growth of national economy and urban regional competitiveness.With the rapidly-growing China's economy in recent years,China's national and urban influences have kept enhanced,with such large cities as Beijing to be well grounded to develop into international commercial center city.Through both domestic and international comparative analyses on the development of Beijing's economy and commerce in vertical and horizontal levels,it concludes that Beijing has rapidly developed its economy,gradually optimized its industrial structure,gradually improved its commercial service in function,and at the same time Beijing takes the advantages domestically in GDP,commercial resource supply and regional influence.Compared with international cities,Beijing has both late-mover advantages and disadvantages,which include the GDP and per capita,commercial characteristics,and service industry.On the basis of comparative analyses,in the process of turning into international commercial center city,Beijing should improve its commercial service system structure based on its economic development to upgrade its serving level,enhance its commercial characteristics and optimize its commercial policies so as to be geared to international standard.
