| 摘 要： | 伴随汇率新体制的实施,人民币步入了缓慢升值期.本文通过对人民币升值的进出口需求弹性条件的分析,说明人民币升值能否必然对出口造成打压,须考虑进出口的需求弹性条件.在其他条件不变的情况下,如果能够满足进出口需求弹性系数之和小于1的条件,人民币升值就不会对出口产生抑制效应;只有在进出口需求弹性系数之和大于1的条件下,人民币升值才会对出口产生抑制效应;当进出口需求弹性系数之和等于或接近1时,弹性系数则成为衡量和预测汇率波动对国际收支变动趋势影响的重要指标.由于货币升值后,进出口需求弹性系数不同,对经济发展的影响不同,因此,制定应对人民币升值的相关经济政策,须考虑进出口需求弹性因素,从而最大限度地利用人民币升值的正效应,规避人民币升值的负效应.

| Abstract: | As the new exchange rate system is implemented on 21st,July,2005,RMB meets its steady appreciation period.How RMB appreciation impact imports and exports? This article emphasizes on analyzing from demand elasticity,and explains that whether RMB appreciation would consequentially hinder the exports depends on demand elasticity.Holding other conditions constant,if the sum of the demand elasticity coefficients for import and export is less than 1,RMB appreciation would not restrain the exports. |
