| 摘 要： | 论述了中国企业科技奖励政策的历史发展进程,指出企业科技奖励在不同历史时期的特点和奖励重点,并分析了在不同历史背景下企业科技奖励政策的改革措施,从而得出,中国企业科技奖励与时俱进的发展特征。
