正确认识社会科学价值 深化高校社会科学研究——关于十六大报告“社会科学和自然科学并重”思想的思考

十六大报告从全面建设小康社会、大力发展社会主义文化、建设社会主义精神文明的高度提出了“社会科学和自然科学并重”的思想,是一个理论创新,体现了与时俱进、发展第一、尊重劳动的思想。繁荣和发展高校哲学社会科学研究要处理好三种关系:政策引导与学者自律的关系,学者的忠诚与知识产权保护的关系,生产者、出版者与消费者的关系。

Three Relationships for Prospering Social Sciences in Higher Education Institutes: A Reflection on JIANG Ze-min's Idea of "Social Science is as Important as Nature Science"

This paper is a reflection of the author on JIANG Ze-min" s idea "Social Science is as Important as Nature Science". Basing on JIANG' s idea, the author suggests three relationships should be handled properly in order to promote and prospect social sciences in China. They are orientation of public policies and scholars' self- regulation, academic ethics and intellectual property right protection, establishment of proper relationships among scholars, publishers and consumers; Public policy, intellectual property right projection & academic ethics.
