贫困大学生资助方式探讨

《国务院关于建立、健全普通本科高校高等职业学校和中等职业学校家庭经济困难学生资助政策体系的意见》实施以来，基本上解决了家庭经济困难学生的就学问题，但也出现了一些值得注意的问题。本文就贫困生认定、经济资助方式、国家助学贷款风险补偿以及贫困生心理教育等方面进行了一些探讨，以期使贫困生在经济、心理上得到双资助，物资、心理上双脱贫。

On Approaches to Financing and Assisting Impoverished Undergraduates

Forestry administrative permission is an effective way of intervening in forest exploitation and utilization through national compulsive means. In recent years, forestry administrative permission has been eroded seriously by commercial bribes which challenge the probity of officials in forestry fields. The supervision of forestry administrative permission in China is divided into internal and external supervisions. Sound supervision mechanism is desired. Thus, efforts should be made to establish a more consummate supervisi on system so as to prevent commercial bribes effectively.
