中小学教师的职业倦怠现状及其与社会支持的关系研究

摘    要:在调查研究的基础上探讨教师的职业倦怠现状及其与社会支持的关系,结果表明:1.中小学教师的职业倦怠状况属于中等水平。2.中小学教师的职业倦怠及其3个维度存在婚姻状况、兼职状况、学校类型、学历和教龄差异。3.中小学教师的职业倦怠与其社会支持程度存在极其显著的负相关,社会支持的3个维度对职业倦怠有显著的预测作用。

Abstract:Based on investigation, the relationship between teachers' job burnout and social support is researched on. It shows that: (1) the primary and middle school teachers' job burnout is moderate;(2) the three dimensions of the teachers' job burnout differ in marital state, part-time jobs, school types, education and time of teaching; (3) the relationship between teachers' job burnout and social support is significantly negative and the three dimensions of social supp ort could significantly predict teachers' job burnout.
