| 摘 要： | 举国震惊的杜培武案一度引起了人们的广泛关注,该案蕴含的丰富的证据学内容值得人们进一步思考。从测谎技术的发展及相关事项看,测谎结论对案件事实具有证据力、证据能力的作用,但是,测谎结论只是一种普通的证据,而且是“有限采用”的证据。

| Abstract: | The case of Du Peiwu,despite of the fact that publishment has been administerd to the troublemakers,has left much thoughts from the angle of the science of evidence.From the development and the relevant events,it is obvious,over the facts of case,the conclusion of polygraph test carries weight with proof and get its legality for proof in China.So it has the evidential function.But the conclusion of polygraph test is just a type of conclusion evidence,and an evidence of limited admissibitily. |
