| 摘 要： | 沿海地市报应在全方位做好"海"字文章,题材选择、谋篇布局上突出海洋特色.为此要加强科技兴渔的宣传,抓好"伏休"及有关海洋性法规的宣传,刊登海味十足的副刊文章,努力办出一张富有海洋特色的地市报.
