20世纪70年代中欧建交原因探析

20世纪 70年代 ,中国与欧共体分别属于社会主义阵营与资本主义阵营 ,分别属于“第三世界”和“第二世界” ,然而 ,对于中欧建交存在的有利条件有 :1 国际形势十分有利 ;2 中欧共同反对苏联霸权主义 ;3 由毛泽东提出的“三个世界”划分的战略思想提供了理论依据 ;4 欧共体成员国分别与中国建交奠定了基础。基于以上原因 ,中欧在 1975年建立了外交关系 ,从而揭开了双边关系中新的一页。

Inquiry into the Causes of Establishment of Diplomatic Relations Between China and the European Communities in 70s of the 20th Century

In 70s of the 20th Century the People's Republic of China and the European Communities belonged respectively to the Socialist camp and the Capitalist Camp,or "the Third World" and "the Second World". Nevertheless,there existed the following favorable conditions for the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Communities: 1. There was a favorable international situation; 2. China and the European Communities both opposed the hegemonism of the Soviet Union; 3. The strategic thinking of " the three worlds" advocated by MAO Ze-dong provided the theoretical basis; 4. The member states respectively established diplomatic relations with China,which laid a foundation for the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Communities. On the basis of the above causes,the People's Republic of China and the European Communities established the diplomatic relations in 1975,which thereby opened a new chapter in the annals of the bilateral relations.
