| 摘 要： | 相关就业理论表明,女性就业符合U型的劳动供给曲线。基于我国女性就业现状,运用理论模型重点分析了低碳经济转型中女性就业面临的突出问题,并进一步指出:加快产业结构调整,提高低碳经济转型期女性就业率;针对女性的生理特点与家庭角色,政府主导、有效应对女性生育后的就业问题;推进家务劳动市场化,促进女性多元化就业。

| Abstract: | Employment theories show that female labor supply follows a U-shaped curve.Based on the status of female employment in China,the paper analyzes the main problems of female employment in a low-carbon economy,and points out that the industrial structure should be adjusted in order to raise female employment rates.The government should deal positively with theissue according to women’s needs and family roles and promote divesrsification in employment. |
