法律与道德辩证关系再思考

在贯彻“依法治国”与“以德治国”相结合的基本国策过程中 ,应该正确认识和处理法律与道德的辩证关系。法律与道德相辅相成 ,不可偏废。道德是立法的价值基础 ,是执法和守法的不可或缺的精神条件。必须在建设社会主义法治国家过程中不断加强道德教育 ,尤其要从娃娃抓起 ,开展自爱—他爱的道德教育

Rethinking the dialectical relation between Law and morality

With continuing to run the country by virtue as well as by Law,we should correcthy understand and handle the dialectical relation between law and morality,that is,they supplement each other and neither should be over emphasized at the expense of the other.Morality is the value base of legistation and indispensable moral condition of enforcing Law and abiding by law.In the process of building a sociahst country under the rule of law,we must improve moral education,especially improve moral education from self-respect to respect to others.
