摘    要:许多报道已经指出,某些脑肽在中枢起作用影响胃酸的分泌。下丘脑,尤其是室旁核、延髓核,包括迷走背复核、疑核、中缝苍白球核、中缝隐核以及脊髓是脑肽调节胃酸分泌的重要作风部位。脑肽的中枢作用通过植物性神经系统的特殊通路被传送到胃,但这些通路有种族和肽的特异性。脑肽改变胃酸分泌的外周机制不受胃泌素的调节,而涉及乙酰胆硷、组织胺、5-羟色胺、前列腺素等物质释放的改变。脑肽显示为一类重要的胃酸分泌的脑调节剂,並对解释脑-肠相互作用的机制是极为有用的。

Abstract:Several brain peptides, e.g.bombesin, calcitonin, thyrotropin -releasing hormone, somatostatin, vasoactive intestinal peptide, neuropeptide y etc, have been established as acting in the brain to influence gastric acid secretion. The hypothalamus, in particular the paraventricular nucleus and medullary nuclei, such as the dorsal vagal complex, nucleus ambiguus, raphe pallidus and obscurus, as well as the spinal cord have emerged to be the important positions of action for peptides with respect to the regulation of acid secretion. The central action of peptides is conveyed from brain to stomach through the autonomic nervous system by specific pathways that have peptide and species specific characteristics. The peripheral mechanisms contributing to the alterations of gastric acid secretion are not mediated by gastrin,but involve changes in the release of acetylcholine, histamine, serotonin, prostaglandins etc. Brain peptides appear to be an important brain regulator of gastric acid secretion, and are useful in unraveling the underlying pathways mediating brain-gut interaction.
