| 摘 要： | "家电下乡"政策实施以来,家电的销售量出现持续上升的趋势,对区域经济的拉动作用日益增强。但受市场压力、"三农"问题、消费观念、政府政策等因素的影响,我国"家电下乡"政策的实施面临诸多困境。因此,应该建立以政府主导、企业推广和农民带动的运行机制,进一步发挥"家电下乡"政策的战略作用。
