| 摘 要： | 鼓励和支持大学生村官创业具有十分重要的意义.拥有好的创业项目,是大学生村官开启创业之路并获得创业成功的关键.大学生村官要结合农村实际,依据社会需求、扬长避短、因地制宜的科学原则,正确运用在环境分析中找创业项目、在调查研究中找创业项目、在热点旁边找创业项目、在不满意中找创业项目的方法策略,方能探寻到适合的创业项目.

| Abstract: | It is of great importance to encourage and support the university graduates as village officers to do poineering work.Having a good entrepreneurial program is the key for them to start an undertaking and achieve entrepreneurial success.They can only explore to find suitable venture projects when connecting with rural reality,according to the scientific principles as follows: social needs,adopting good points and avoiding shortcomings while adjusting measures to local conditions;inproperly applying the following ways and strategies: to look for the venture projects in environmental analysis,in investigation and study,around hot topics and in dissatisfaction. |
