| 摘 要： | 精益物流通过消除浪费大大降低了物流的成本;而敏捷物流则通过建立物流企业联盟,大大提高了物流的服务质量.从制造成本、库存成本、延期交货惩罚成本三方面可以定量评价在不同物流过程环节采用不同策略的优劣.

| Abstract: | Lean M.F greatly reduces cost of logistics by eliminating waste, while agile logistics greatly improves the service quality by setting up the coalition of logistics companies. Quantitatively appraise the quality of different adopted tactics of different logistics courses in three respects of manufacturing cost, stock cost and punishing cost due to postpone delivering. |
