知识型组织人力资源柔性化管理的研究

摘    要:与传统组织相比,知识型组织的特殊的人力资源结构决定了其人力资源管理面临新的挑战.在概要介绍了柔性管理的一般理论并界定了知识型组织及其人力资源管理相关概念的基础上,探讨了柔性管理模式在知识型组织人力资源管理中的实施路径:树立"以人为本"的柔性管理理念、创建扁平式、服务型的柔性组织结构、构建科学、完善的柔性考评体系及创建富于个性化的柔性激励机制等四项策略.

Abstract:Compared with traditional organizations,the special structure of human resources in knowledge-based organizations results in the new challenge in its human resources management.By introducing the flexible human resources management theory and defining the related concepts of knowledge-based organizations and its human resources management,this paper discusses how the pattern is carried out in the human resources management of knowledge-based organizations by putting forward four strategies: building up the flexible concept of "Humanistic",redesigning organization structure,establishing scientific evaluating system and individualizing the promotion machanism.
