SC2053在川西化杀杂种小麦组合筛选中的应用初报

摘    要:报道了我所利用SC2 0 53在杂种小麦研究中的应用情况。研究认为 :①多数小麦品种在剂量为 0 .6kg/hm2 ,雌雄蕊原基形成期至药隔期喷施 ,杀雄率能达 95%以上。药隔期为喷施临界期。品种、喷药剂量与喷药时期存在互作。②气候条件的改变对不同小麦品种生育进程的影响有差异。在杂交小麦制种中应对此加强研究 ,以利于花期调节。③在配制组合时 ,应特别注意抗性材料的选用。④超标优势明显的化杀杂种小麦 ,其优势主要表现在穗部性状上 ,尤其是穗粒数优势

Abstract:This paper reported the application of SC2053 in CHA hybrid wheat.The results showed that(1) more than 95% of stamens for most wheat varieties lost fertility by spraying SC2053 at the rate of 0.6 kg/hm 2 from formation stage of pistil and stamen to formation stage of anther separation,and the formation of anther separation was the critical period for spraying;(2)the change of climate had different effects on the developmental stage of different varieties,which should be further studied in hybrid wheat seed production ;(3) varieties with high resistance to stripe rust should be paid more attention in cross selection;(4) the crosses with high heterosis(over check >10%) had chiefly more grains per spike.
