都市社会工作资源整合模式探索——以上海A区社区青少年社会工作的实践为例

资源整合对初期社会工作的发展有特别的推动意义。本文以社会资本理论为基本视角,通过对上海A区青少年社区社会工作资源整合实践的描述和分析,旨在探讨都市社会工作资源储量、类型及整合机制。A区的探索总体上看是一种政府主导推动和非营利组织积极跟进的模式。政府最初在资源整合方面的强调和引导,激发了社区青少年社工机构整合资源的积极性,并在后来也逐渐注重品牌的塑造,努力打造阳光工作室,通过品牌效应,初步显示了社工机构在资源整合方面自主化运作的趋向。这既是社团对政府主导的深入理解,又是对自主化运作的尝试。

The Integration Pattern of Urban Social Work Resources——a Case Study of the Practices of Social Work for Community Youth in A District of Shanghai

Resources Integration is of great importance for the early development of social work. This article, from the perspective of social capital theory, aims to explore the urban social work resource styles, integration mechanism by describing and analyzing the practices of the integration practices of social work resources for community youth in A District of Shanghai. The practices of A District are generally characterized by a combination of government driving and NPO participation. Government's emphasis and guidance on the resources integration renders the social work organizations more active, crediting and standardized, thus laying a solid foundation for social capital production and self-determining operation. The government's initial guidance on the resources integration and the later social work organizations' self-determining operation reflect the localization feature of the urban social work to some extent.
