国家身份与国际安全

自我与他者的认同或排斥都具有安全效应，认同将带来安全和团结，而排斥则带来威胁和不稳定。自我与他者的安全效应揭示了身份对于安全研究的重要意义。反映在国际社会中，从静态的观点来看，国家身份尤其是国家的文化身份很好地解释了国际安全结构的构成；从动态的观点来看，国家身份变动尤其是大国的身份变动将引起国际安全结构的变迁。就中国而言，新中国国家身份的三次选择对东亚地区和全球的安全形势都产生了重要影响。中国在未来的国家身份选择上应尽量符合世界期待，选择'负责任的世界大国'的国家身份，促进世界的和平与发展。
