Abstract:The requirement and realization of public relations of all walks of life form China's public relations. Symbiosis is one of the basic characteristics of public relations and is helpful to activating social and economic activities and to enlarging development space. The measurement of market scales of public relations needs to be more scientific. The rules of public relations market should be abided by to promote the rapid development of public relations market. The basic platform of public relations of high quality is the guarantee for the healthy development of public relations market, the construction of which includes the theory of public relations rooted in Chinese culture, standards of public relations based on Chinese and foreign accustoms and systems, establishment of the branch of leaning of public relations and curriculum construction of public relations, and so on.
