| 摘 要： | 19世纪后半叶是国际法传人中国的一个重要时期.洋务派认识到国际法在中外交往中的重要性,开始主动接受国际法,力图按照国际法的规则来处理外交,并在某些方面取得了一定的成果.部分洋务派人士也认识到国际法只是"强者之法".事实上,他们运用国际法的努力并不能改变中国受侵略的处境.

| Abstract: | The second half of the nineteenth century was an important period when international laws were introduced into China. The Westernization Faction was conscious of the importance of international laws in international affairs, and started to accept international laws and try to deal with foreign affairs according to international laws. At the same time, some members of the Westernization Faction also realized that international laws were only laws of the great powers. In fact, their efforts did not change China's situation of being invaded by other countries. |
