论高校德育中显性教育与隐性教育的有机统一

摘    要:显性教育在高校德育中的功能是目标的明确性、教育的权威性、效果的及时性,隐性教育在高校德育中的功能是作用的潜在性、影响的广泛性、效果的长期性.互补式德育模式、渗透式德育模式、陶冶式德育模式和审美式德育模式是把二者有机结合起来的有效途径.

Abstract:This paper proposes the functions of moral education in Colleges and Universities from two aspects:the specific objective,authoritative education and prompt results of the dominant education;the potential effects,extensive influence and enduring results of the recessive education.Besides,this paper elaborates effective approaches to the organic unity of dominant education and recessive education through complementary moral model,permeation moral model,temperament moral model and aesthetic moral model.
