| 摘 要： | 服务型政府。已经成为体现当代我国政府类型的经典表述。经过几年的探索．在我国正逐步形成具有中国特色的服务型政府的执政理念．这种理念决定未来服务型政府的决策是民主的和官民互动的，政府主要通过提供良好的制度、政策服务和公共服务来运行，政府的运行具有透明性、公正性和法制性等特点。
