| 摘 要： | 大学的文化整合机制是整合大学组成人员对大学本质的认识,办好大学的信念以及大学形象塑造过程中的运作机理。大学应该形成以精神文化为主导,以制度文化为保证,以物质文化为条件的发展机制,凸显大学教育的学术性、大学功能的综合性、大学创新的自由性。确定大学文化整合机制在诸多机制中的权威。

| Abstract: | A university's Cultural Integration Mechanism is the operational mechanism regulating the staff's understanding of the nature of a university, the belief in running a university successfully and the shaping of a university's fame and image. A university should form its development mechanism based on the guidance of spiritual culture, the guarantee of system culture and the prerequisite of material culture, and all those factors will not only help to make a university more academic, comprehensive and creative, but also assist in establishing the authority of university's cultural integration mechanism among many others. |
