我国中小企业融资面临困境,但因其进入资本市场进行直接融资的可能性较小,因此,以银行为中介的间接融资理应成为中小企业融资的主渠道.中小企业抗风险能力差、担保难和银行自身经营发展的体制、政策等对小企业融资不利.随着证券市场的高速发展和外资银行的冲击,大型企业融资对国内银行的依赖性越来越小,而商业承兑汇票贴现,既确保了银行信贷资产的流动性,又有效地解决了中小企业融资担保难的问题,还具有比银行承兑汇票更大的推广潜力.因此,它将成为我国银行业拓宽中小企业的融资渠道的发展方向.

On Financing Way of Medium-sized and Small-sized Enterprises--On Discount Business of Commercial Acceptance Draft

At present, it is difficult for medium - sized and small - sized enterprises to get loan from banks, which has become the focus of society. On the basis of the author s experience, the author has made some studies on this problem. Firstly, he analyzes the reason why it is so difficult for medium -sized and small - sized enterprises to finance and the practical significance of improving financing way of medium-sized and small - sized enterprises. Secondly he discusses and proves that it is feasible to solve this problem by discounting commercial acceptance draft. Moreover, he elaborates specially the advantages of discounting commercial acceptance draft and some issues which should be noted. Meanwhile, the author regards it as a new financing way and explores it.
