| 摘 要： | 分析了我国1999年高校扩招政策实施后高等教育的发展状况,指出其存在的问题,提出相应举措。在今后的高校扩招过程中,一方面要优化高等教育供给的数量和质量结构,控制扩招的速度,完善高校毕业生就业市场机制;另一方面要改革政府财政拨款方式,提高资金的运作效率和收益。

| Abstract: | The development of higher education is important for a country.This article analyzes the development of higher education since enrollment expansion.Then it points out the relevant problems,offerring advise to promote high education efficientcy.On the one hand,we should optimize the scale,quality and construction of higher education,and control the speed of enrollment expansion,perfecting the market of employment.On the other hand,we should reform the way of financial funds,raising its efficiency and benefit. |
