| 摘 要： | 篮球教练员率队参加篮球比赛时,首先应制定出周密的战略计划并做好相应的准备工作;在此基础上,还要根据临场比赛中出现的具体情况,及时调整全队的战术打法和配合方法,进行灵活而正确的现场指挥.
